Referral Program Terms

These terms add to the Terms of Service. If they conflict, these terms apply to the referral program.

1. How it works

Every Buildix account has a personal referral link. A person who creates a new Buildix account through that link (the invited user) gets a discount on their first payment, and the owner of the link (the inviter) gets Buildix credit when that payment is made.

2. The invited user

• 20% off the first payment on Starter, Trader, Pro or Whale, for any billing period. Day Pass and API plans are excluded.
• The link must be opened before the account is created. A code cannot be added to an existing account.
• The account needs a confirmed email address and no earlier payment.
• The discount never adds up with a sale, a personal offer or a coupon: the bigger discount applies, never two at once.

3. The inviter

• Credit worth 20% of what the invited user actually paid after discounts, up to $50 per invited user.
• At most 10 rewarded invites per calendar month. Further invites that month are tracked but earn no credit.
• Crypto payments make the credit available when the payment is confirmed. Card payments make it available after 14 days without a refund or dispute.
• Credit covers up to 50% of a crypto invoice. For card billing it is added to your billing balance and comes off your next invoices.
• Credit expires 12 months after it is earned. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged.

4. Refunds, disputes and abuse

• If the invited user's payment is refunded or disputed, the related credit is removed. Credit already moved to your card billing balance is charged back there, and credit already spent may be recovered.
• Inviting yourself is not allowed. Accounts that share signals with the inviter (such as the same email, network, device or card) are reviewed by hand before any discount or credit is granted, and may be refused.
• We may refuse or remove a referral, a discount or credit obtained through fake accounts, automation or any other abuse.

5. Changes

We may change or end the program at any time. Credit you have already earned stays usable until it expires. Questions: hello@buildix.trade.
